All course materials, including food safety and ServSafe® instruction, are for personal educational use only. Content may not be copied, shared, or resold.
Registration Information
You agree to provide accurate and complete information when registering for a class.
Class Communication
By signing up, you agree to receive emails or messages related to your class, including confirmations, reminders, and updates.
Refund & Rescheduling Policy
If you are unable to attend your scheduled class:
- You may transfer to a future class
- No refunds will be issued for missed classes
- Advance notice is required to reschedule
Changes to Services
We reserve the right to modify class schedules, locations, or content as needed.

Our classes are designed to help participants understand food safety principles and prepare for certification exams, including ServSafe® content. However, we do not guarantee that any participant will pass an exam or receive certification.
Results depend on individual effort, attendance, and comprehension.

By attending an in-person class, you participate voluntarily and accept responsibility for your own safety. Utah State Food Handlers is not liable for injuries, losses, or damages related to class attendance, except where required by law.
